Before our first paying engagement, we needed to prove the platform end-to-end on a realistic client profile — a Vermont specialty-food manufacturer running SAP S/4HANA 2025 with DocuSign PO approval and Salesforce CRM sync. This page documents what we built and what we measured. It's an internal validation, not a customer engagement.

What This Reference Build Is — And Isn't

This was an internal validation: Forged provisioned the SAP S/4HANA 2025 environment, modeled a realistic Vermont specialty-food manufacturer, generated 118 business partners and full master data from scratch, and ran the platform end-to-end through real DocuSign envelopes and Salesforce API calls. Every metric on this page is real and measured — but the "client" was us.

PO approval was the starting point. The same ABAP framework supports vendor onboarding, quality inspection sign-offs, sales quote acceptance, and more — each deployed as an add-on. The first live customer case study will publish after client #1 goes live.
