About Forged Integrations
Built by a consultant who got tired of watching the same bottleneck sink the same projects.
Built for mid-market food and CPG manufacturers running SAP ECC 6.0+ or S/4HANA, with 50+ purchase orders per week and DocuSign already in place. If that's you, we're built for you. If it's not, we'll tell you on the discovery call — and point you to whichever firm actually fits.
Before founding Forged, Nathan was an SAP MM business architect at a food manufacturer — responsible for the procurement and purchasing operations that keep production running. That meant owning how purchase orders moved through SAP: approval workflows, release strategies, master data, and the procure-to-pay cycle end to end.
He watched the same bottleneck repeat itself constantly: purchase orders stalled waiting for signatures, goods receipts blocked, production schedules slipping — not because the people were slow, but because there was no connection between SAP and DocuSign. No automated routing. No status visibility.
Rather than wait for IT to prioritize it, he built the fix himself — learning ABAP development with AI assistance and working through the DocuSign API end to end. The integration worked. More projects followed. He ended up owning an expanding portfolio of SAP integrations that nobody had asked a business architect to build.
That experience clarified everything: the problem was universal, the tooling existed, and nobody had packaged it into something a mid-market company could actually afford. So he built Forged.
AI-Native Delivery
Every integration is orchestrated by a suite of CLI tools Nathan built: wrappers for SAP ADT, RFC, HANA SQL, DocuSign API, and Salesforce REST — all driven by Claude Code. What used to take 8 engineers and 6 months now takes one consultant and 3 weeks.
That's why a $10K fixed price is possible. Not because corners are cut. Because the tooling absorbs 90% of the repetitive work — and the consultant focuses on the 10% that requires judgment.
Eliminate Every Approval Bottleneck in SAP
Mid-market manufacturers shouldn't need a seven-figure IT budget to automate what enterprise Fortune 500 companies already have. Fixed-price, pre-built integrations with source code included — owned by the client, not the consultant.

Nathan Murray
Principal Consultant
Nathan brings an unusual profile to SAP consulting: he's a business architect who builds, not just advises.
SAP and manufacturing operations — years inside manufacturing owning the procure-to-pay cycle in SAP: purchasing workflows, PO release strategies, material and vendor master data, and the operational processes that connect procurement to production.
Software engineering in practice — built production enterprise software from the ground up: a full ERP/CRM platform spanning 24 services across Rust, Go, and TypeScript running across multiple client deployments; a cross-platform desktop application for real-time document collaboration. Deployed and running, not demos.
AI-native from the start — used AI tooling to build SAP integrations before founding Forged. The same approach powers every client engagement: custom automation that does in days what consulting teams used to spend months on.
